Many of you will already be familiar with certain aspects of the club. The information on this website is aimed at new members and perhaps to fill in some gaps for existing members. It is to be used in conjunction with club notice board sand newsletters, which will always give up to date information.

The aim of the club is to provide swimming education for all ages, ethnic origins and abilities. We pride ourselves in offering the opportunity for everyone, whether raw beginner or experienced swimmer, to reach their full potential.

Naturally, we hope many of our swimmers are encouraged to take part in County, District or even National levels but the main objective, is enjoyment of the sport within a safe environment.

Club officials change periodically but a list of names can be found within our newsletter and on our Committee page within this site. We run five swimming sessions a week and two synchro sessions a week. In addition, with sufficient numbers, we can run life saving courses.

Please read the notice boards at the Olympiad Sports Centre (Chippenham) and at the Springfield Sports Centre (Corsham) for competition and other events.

We are essentially a volunteer led organisation with opportunities for parents in teaching, becoming a swimming official, in organisation or just helping out at the various events we have throughout each season.
