Please print and complete the kit order form provided below, place it in an envelope with payment marked for the attention of Tracey Attenborough. Envelopes can then be handed to Tracey, James or Marianna on poolside or placed in the post box outside the Corsham pool spectators gallery (although posting may delay receipt of the form by Tracey).

Please note all products are sold at cost. Chippenham ASC make zero profit and this facility is provided (as with all aspects of the club) completely by volunteers. All efforts are made to minimise delays although this can happen for reasons outside of our control. Please be polite and respectful at all times when discussing progress with your own order.
