Please print and complete the kit order form provided below, place it in an envelope with payment marked for the attention of Guru Ruparel (Puruvi's Mum) or Lisa Henzl (Natalie's Mum). Envelopes can then be handed to Guru or Lisa on poolside or placed in the post box outside the Corsham pool spectators gallery (please note items have been stolen from this post box so don't leave cash), posting may also delay receipt of the form and therefore processing of your order.
Cheques to be made payable to "Chippenham ASC".
Guru and Lisa intend being at Corsham from 18:15hrs on the last Thursday of each month so that un-named hats/bags etc. can be purchased immediately or order forms can be submitted. Named hats will only be ordered twice a year - as we need 25 for an order.
Please note all products are sold at cost. Chippenham ASC make zero profit and this facility is provided (as with all aspects of the club) completely by volunteers. All efforts are made to minimise delays although this can happen for reasons outside of our control. Please be polite and respectful at all times when discussing progress with your own order.
