Subject: Taunton Deane Level 1 Open Meet

Dear All

Please find attached details of the Taunton Deane Level 1 LONG COURSE Open Meet on 14 & 15 April 2012 at Millfield School, Street. (Attachment provided with original E-Mail reference above).

NB:  Entry times should be for LONG COURSE i.e. 50m pool.  Please convert if necessary. (Please see the time converted tool on the Club Website under QT at the bottom of the first page).

If you are interested, please:

*Read the Meet Rules (NB: Age as at 15 April 2012)

*Check the qualifying times

*Complete the entry form by entering your PBs (converted for long course) for each event selected

*Pass the completed information form with payment (payable to Chippenham ASC) to myself by 4 March 2012

*Entry forms will not be accepted without payment (at the same time).  Similarly, late entries will not be accepted as this jeopardises on-time entries.
