Please find attached details of the Salisbury Level 3 Open Meet on 22 April at the Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Salisbury

If you are interested, please:

*Read the Meet Rules and Entry Information (NB: Age as at 22 April 2012)

*Check the qualifying times

*Complete the entry form by entering your PBs for each event selected

*Pass the completed information form with payment (payable to Chippenham ASC) to myself by 16 March 2012

*Entry forms will not be accepted without payment (at the same time).  Similarly, late entries will not be accepted as this jeopardises on-time entries.
