Dear All

Please find attached details of the Salisbury Stingrays September Fun Open Meet on Sunday 23 September 2012 at the Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Salisbury.

This Open Meet is designed for the younger more inexperienced swimmers so please bear this in mind when considering whether to apply.  The events on offer are only 50m races so this would be an ideal first competition for our younger swimmers.  If you are in any doubt whether this Meet is appropriate for your child please speak to their coach.  The organisers expect a good uptake so I have adjusted my deadline accordingly this deadline also reflects the Club summer close down dates.

If you are interested please:

*Read the Meet Rules (NB: Ages as at 23 September 2012)

*Check the cut off times

*Complete the entry form entering your PBs for each event selected

*Pass the completed information form with payment (payable to Chippenham ASC) to myself by 16 August 2012

*Entry forms will not be accepted without payment (at the same time).  Similarly, late entries will not be accepted as this jeopardises on-time entries.
